Lion King?

This Lion is huge. Saw it when i was leaving the forum's co-op. The reason he is wearing a mortar cap is because of the convocation 2006, which ended last week.

Even for a non-driver, like myself, one should be able to make out the meanings of most of the road signs which are littered around the streets of singapore. But for the life of me i can't figure this one out. Thank god for wikipedia...
